They say necessity is the mother of invention, and that's how I got here.
I'm a long-time professional writer and small business consultant turned app developer.
As a consultant, I repeatedly saw a consistent gap across service, training, and operations in almost every client's situation: an information void that negatively affected businesses, their staff, and their clients or users. The issue wasn't a shortage of knowledge, but rather how information is managed and disseminated to those who need it. Most business management software platforms are built to excel at job tracking and transactional functions like billing and booking, but they are fundamentally terrible at providing information.
I experienced this same breakdown as a consumer. Living in a large residential complex, I faced the daily frustration of having to email management or ask a concierge for basic information—like where to dispose of large boxes, how many beds the guest suites have, or how to properly use and maintain the mechanical equipment in my suite––information that should be readily available, at my fingertips when I need it.
I crafted HubSimple to bridge this gap for all worlds. It is simple but scalable, and suitable for stand-alone boutiques and services, or large franchises, and everything in between.
Where there is knowledge, there is a need to access it. That is exactly what HubSimple does.
