The setup fee includes initial system configuration and collection of content: gathering, verifying, structuring, and formatting your materials into concise, complete, professionally written articles reflecting your branding and tone. (includes writing new content as well as scanning and importing your existing PDFs). 

If you upgrade your service level at any time, your initial setup fee rolls over. You will only be invoiced for the difference in configuration fees between the two tiers, alongside your prorated monthly subscription adjustments.

A standard "Unit" equals one article of up to 500 words. Documentation and manuals can be submitted at any length. For optimal search, long-form content is segmented into multiple-page articles, with each 500-word page counting as one Unit.

Account licensing and ingestion volume are calculated based on the total number of units compiled into the Information Hub database.

Standard image integration supports web-optimized formats (.PNG, .JPG, or .WEBP) with a maximum file size restriction of 5MB per image.

Video integration is strictly optimized for short instructional loops under 30 seconds, with a maximum file size restriction of 15MB per clip.
